I don't see an issue - the doll is of a very dark complexion

The only thing that made me question it a bit is the purple hair and outfit, but if you look at the packaging, you'll see that it's supposed to be a "Fashionista" doll, as opposed to the regular doll. So that explains why the styling is over the top.

So of course it really stands out next to the regular princess dolls, aside from it being a Black doll.
