If it actually does happen, I think its a good thing. Its good to know that Brandy can be a part of someone's music and assist with vocal production. I dont know to what extent it will be if it happens, but good for her. She's always talks about giving back and being of service, so this is great for her. I dont think this will have anything to do with her project not being released. I feel like the music not coming out is due to label politics more than anything.
