i think chill voice made the group "crossover" with that "common cute" voice to soften their sound a lil bit
and No scrub is the perfect example...

T-boz voice add that unique, rough flair to the song and make the group's sound one of a kind...

Left eye was the cherry on top it !

its weird though because musically they usually worked best with only 1 or 2 of the group
