It really isn't.
You could eat a red meat diet completely and not gain a single pound. As long as you ate what you could burn. Even without exercise.
Normal weight gain occurs two different ways. When you eat over the amount your body can burn. (which we all know).
And when spikes in the bodies insulin levels cause the cells to store things as fat.
Sugar/Carbs are the main enemy.
dumbest, most COMPLETELY FALSE bullshit that the food and 'health' industry has ever forced down our throats
i have been losing weight MORE RAPIDLY than i EVER have without even trying....i was 230 pounds just a few weeks ago....i'm now 223 and trying to get down to 215. I have NEVER been able to lose weight so rapidly without feeling like im starving....or hit the gym and feel like shit because i was depriving myself of carbs
..i have so much energy and actually WANT to go to the gym....i have been stuffing my face with fries, pasta, rice, beans vegan cookies/scones, breads, fruits and vegetables.....ZERO weight gain..only weight loss....only difference is i dont eat any meat or dairy.
