i have been losing weight MORE RAPIDLY than i EVER have without even trying....i was 230 pounds  just a few weeks ago....i'm now 223 and trying to get down to 215. I have NEVER been able to lose weight so rapidly without feeling like im starving....or hit the gym and feel like shit because i was depriving myself of carbs

..i have so much energy and actually WANT to go to the gym....i have been stuffing my face with fries, pasta, rice, beans vegan cookies/scones, breads, fruits and vegetables.....ZERO weight gain..only weight loss....only difference is i dont eat any meat or dairy.

It's more than likely not even fat you're losing but mainly muscle tissue.

im a gym rat...i go 6 days a week...i have not lost an OUNCE of fucking muscle
