The USA decided to leave the deal with Iran. The USA made the first move to attack. Everything that other countries worked so hard for is fading away, deescalating has never been so aggressive and confronting. Trump is playing with fire when it comes to NK, he is playing with a fire storm with Iran.
It is a misconception that God will favor USA over other countries. The Americans are lucky the wars have always been on Middle East soil...so many innocent lives have been lost because of ego games already. The wars after 9/11 had nothing to do with the hijackers, it was just a way to show the world not to mess with the USA. That is why Pence is already stating that this guy had something to do with 9/11. It is a weak spot for Americans. Trump needs a war because a country in fear and desperation will do two things: 1 become more religious 2 look for the president to show power and force (a chance for him to become a hero). Such a nice psychological experiment, is it Munchhausen syndrome when you make your own country weak and sick?
