I so fckn love her.  I just told my friend the other day about being so salty that we never got a chance to see her evolve vocally like we got with Brandy

!!!!!

Now this! I feel the same too b/c she cared so much about her growth... the breakout performances she would've had too would've been everything

:stressed:

I don't think the Liyahs gives this album what it deserves. The new music and old hits blend in so well together.

Besides that this>>>>

My cousin used to play this on repeat

My mess! Should've been on the Red Album... it always sounded like the Tim lead Virgin was looking for if they would've finished it properly
definitely would've gotten more airplay than Resolution
IDK what they were thinking

n

WNAR >>>

LOVE DKWTTY tho

Facts! As much as I love WNAR, this was more catchy and a BOP for that Spring release she had to start the era and then to follow up w/ RTB and MTW!!!! All Tim had to do was maybe curry spice the beat up a bit more and add some of his famous adlibs
yea no debate that Resolution is dope, just think this would've gotten the airplay and Resolution would get play on the album

Im so glad Queen's music is coming onto streaming platforms

Aamerie.

Agree with a lot of this.

DKWTTY, if finished properly, would have been a great single. Rework some vocals.... ad libs were repetitive and seemed like she was trying to figure out what goes where. The T-R-U-S-T was always corny to me, and "crackin" wouldn't have aged well. WNAR is the better SONG of course, whew.

yea, the right lead single was chosen

but it flopped

But We Need a Resolution really did sum up the theme of self titled album. The visual was sick, the concept of the song was rare, it aged very well. It's still fresh and one of her go to songs.
