I wonder if pre-op transexuals knew they'd have to experience everything a woman goes through -- such as periods, cramps, monthly bloating, chocolate cravings that lead to weight gain, struggle to keep off weight since their bodies are built for child bearing,  etc. after the surgery was complete, if they'd still go through with it.
