It was more Barry not wanting to pay Tim and Mis. Not sure why they was beefing after the tracks was done.

He had the first single and More Than a Women would have been second or third single so I don't think that was why.

This is actually disappointing as a fan to read. Damn I'm a huge Kelis and Neptunes fans and always felt there was some slight beef we wasn't aware of. Glad is out now but wack they'll never work together again

Kelis is kind of a flop though, and didn't write that much on the first 2 albums so what exactly was she expecting to get?Wanderland was shelved in the US and sold less than 100k

That's what i was thinking. She started makin when  when the albums started doing well BUT I get signing a bad contract and getting NO money tho

Pharrell is an interesting case. He's clearly an industry puppet cause his music has never been that good to get placement after placement on all these artists' singles and albums. He can rush to collab with Camilla but he had a hand in shutting a black woman out from the industry? Trash
