"Has been included on his platform"

Some b-roll is your definition of inclusion? :uhh:
nxxnxnxj Yh sorry a 10 sec shot of him on the red carpet isn't actually inclusion but

reekz

Like I hope you guys notice how Nas is breaking down the door like Lil Kim and taking all the backlashing for something bigger to come upon us.

And the owner of this media outlet HAS included Lil Nas X on his platform

Stop trying to villainize him with this "he scared of da gays!" mess. ^o)

My issue isn't with the outlet itself but with the reporter, who was the face of the outlet for this event..
The person in the video IS the owner.

QuoteJamaal Finkley, CEO of BlackTree,

QuoteFinkley can be heard in the video telling the likes of rappers Gucci Mane and Quavo of the Migos, "Don't just do PEOPLE!" (Interesting enough, both mens' names popped up for interviews secured with Billboard that night.)
Even worse. Why was he yelling for a damn Gucci but not Nas? It makes no sense.
:uhh:

Earth to Bow
Earth to Bow
Of course they show off everyone's fashion from afar but he was trying to interview everyone BUT Nas and I just wanna know why. That's all.

He's pissed that no one stopped for him, but he's yelling at them to come over in a unprofessional manner?
but at the same time he let one of the biggest black stars walk by?
Oh ok.
The Grammys need to arrange to PR line also so it's a mixed assembly.

Should he help Nas wave a rainbow flag or something?

fssfffs :disgusted:
You're missing the point. I'm not even that kind of gorl to say, "well what about.." but it's kind of apparent here.

They're on a red carpet, every camera is going to record and showcase each celebrity walking it. He was trying to get the attention of the other people to interview them, why didn't he try to interview Nas?

Dr Naomi Campbell

And him yelling for a damn Gucci and not Lil Nax shows what type of content he wanted to interview/include :dead:
Or is he one of those black men that are pissed Lil Nas is successful AND gay?

I'm glad no one stopped for this nigger

!!!!
What publication doesn't have the red carpet looks?
The more content you upload the more views you'll get.
You can't be picky and choosy, he thought he could.... and we'll they didn't pick OR choose him

So why did he let him walk by?
It's easier to try and reason with someone when you feel that you can speak their language, and that you have more common ground with them.

"Yo homie! Cmon son! Do it for the hood!" is a lot of what I heard from him.

Maybe he just didn't feel that confident in even attempting to get Nas to come over. Because they're from two different sectors of the community. That's reason

That's a more reasonable conclusion to come to - considering that Nas is on his platform. It's clear that he sees value in including him in some way - and is not "afraid" of his image or showcasing it.
He had no problem doing it for Lizzo. Just stop, you're smarter than this.

yh Yh Yh :dead:
He didn't want to interview that faggot

reekz

How do you expect for black people to support their own people when you only support what is comfortable for you? So why should Nas, a black male, go out of his way to interview with a blogger that will benefit more out of it to help them when you really aren't for black people like you stated. You can't pick and choose what part of blackness you like.

Dr Naomi Campbell

He's at the GRAMMYS lil nas x is one of the biggest BLACK acts that night
Was Gucci nominated? No.
I mean it speaks for itself

and if he doesn't feel he's able to find common ground speaking to black people that aren't from the same background as him... then maybe he shouldnt be a journalist? :uhh:

is this reek :guys:

Fro you look ridiculous in here. You can't even justify this nor answer the question of why he pass Nas without talking in circles. That just hurt my feelings since it was Nas and you are a gay male also.
