This was exactly my thought process. Artists like Kelis and Brandy can work with Neptunes and make a lil noise. I'd even put someone like Amerie with Neptunes. But Monica's work w/ Tim in comparison to other female artists work with him is abysmal. She's just good over a lil' lite production.
