I saw alotta ppl like this when I was in the States. Just big piles of fat with (also big) legs.

yep! The fat you eat is the fat you wear. Sugar (glucose) is used as energy for your cells. Fruits give you that slow burn because it has the fiber and minerals with it to help it slowly go into the blood. Refined sugar (table sugar) is isolated. It will rush into the blood very quickly, and you will crash. Whole fruits don't do that. The fat that in a muffin, cookies, cakes and stuff, will got to you fat cells.
