My supervisor wrote me up recently for being tardy however he didn't follow the policy.

Our policy is written that you can have 6 tardies in a 60 day period and tardy is considered 7 minutes after your shift time and if you're an hour late your absent.

I had 2 tardies and this maggot wrote me up. I didn't say anything i signed it and wrote HR a email.

Welp now the write is reversed and they are in trouble for grounding my unit and having me wait 3 hours to have me sign a BS write up.

So no never been written up. I think it's the dumbest thing ever. If I need to write someone up I'd just rather fire them.

That's one thing I like about FL too.  You can fire someone at any time (although it's good to have a paper trail)
