I just read his response and he's kinda being very candid 

her mother did a "bad" deal..
I wouldn't call it bad.. especially considering they gave her a lot of her masters.. which never happens for a new girl.. other than Monica from my knowledge.. Dallas made sure that she would have them in her deal.. which was a 7 alber deal..


I can honestly see how this is happening 
Roc nation is tryna take her away from them.. but they found a stain in her contract that would only stand out to fans/people who are illiterate to this music business shit.. 

this created hoopla.. and in the end.. creates a sense of sympathy for Megan from fans or people that have heard of her

this is how this will play owt..

this label will counter sue a bit.. 
it will end in Roc paying them off.. from both her deal and Tarnishing their name
