It's possible she did read it and didn't completely comprehend. Her lawyers or whoever was assigned to handle her should've done more thorough probing. That part of the contract was certainly worded in cuneiform cause niggas like Carl can only come up by stiffing people

The lawyer (who is probably assigned to this contract overview as a one off) just checks if a contract is legally ok. They aren't going to tell you to negotiate on conditions unless you give them specific points you would like met.
