Late Thursday he dropped another one: Effective at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 21 and until further notice, all barbershops, hair salons, tattoo or piercing parlors and related personal care services will be closed. The governors of New Jersey and Connecticut announced similar measures earlier Thursday, saying these types of businesses simply can't comply with social distancing guidelines.
