Sexy actress Gabrielle Union was left highly embarrassed during an encounter with fans, when they mistook her for singer Brandy.

The Bring It On beauty flew into the Caribbean island of Puerto Rico to film scenes for her hit flick Bad Boys II, but what should've been a flattering encounter with fans turned out to be a shameful one when she realised they thought she was the former MOESHA star.

Union recalls, "The streets were lined with people. They saw me and started chanting, 'Moesha! Moesha!' I was on Moesha one time, so I'm like, 'Wow! They've really followed my career. Then they started yelling, 'Brandy! Brandy!'
