I've noticed that lately I've been caring less and less of who likes me and who doesn't.

Kinda like, I'll say what I say, I'll do what I do, and if you don't like it, that's an issue you'll have to deal with on your time.

Long as I know I'm not doing or saying anything to hurt anyone, it's like why care who approves and who doesn't?

Am I the only one who feels that way?

Not since elementary honestly. When I was a child, I used to care tho. I think that's natural.

I think having this type of mentality can be a blessing and curse at the same time. You may come off oblivious to some people.
