I love to eat fruit, but I'm kinda concerned about who's handling my produce, now, and if they are infected... red peppers is good, though. I usually cook those with other things. If you put heat on it, it takes away any potential germs.

But yeah I def remember reading when the mess started that Vitamin C don't really help against Rona, sum like it only helps 14%

Sounded dumb

Im like that's more than not at all

Because the way I traveled and ate out when I got back to the states in February I should def have had the mess and been laid up by now

IVs work better because your getting a concentrated amount right into the bloodstream, the time the pills dissolves and reach into the blood stream, you'd get way than less the amount you wanted because the stomach acids and intestines destroy most of it

yh but...

QuoteThe vitamin C is administered in addition to such medicines as the anti-malaria drug hydroxychloroquine, the antibiotic azithromycin, various biologics and blood thinners, Weber said.

Your best source is Liposomal Vitamin C, the body absorbs them almost 80% better than regular pills.
