He's not very familiar with pageants. Clearly.
I mean who'd expect him to be anyway?

The organizers carry a bit of the blame as well.
Make sure he knows the runner up announcement comes before the winner announcement.

He's used to hosting Soul Train Awards and mess. They should've known better.
