I agree with Adele 100%.... Just release they album and stop with all the pushbacks and singles. Release a solid single promote and a few weeks later just release.

she's right. few  years ago, yea fans would buy regardless. but now you have even fans that don't buy if an artist takes too long to release. Bran is a perfect example of that. she has her stans who buy regardless and then her fans who will buy but who also lose interest quickly. it's human nature. our attention spans are very short now a days. Adele's timeline was perfect and part of the reason why she was so successful with album. you could take 7 years to drop a new album but when you're ready to drop it, DROP IT. have everything lined up ready to go.

For starters, she gets two-singles, tops, per era. Secondly, she's never released a single then had us wait a half year for the album. She mentioned she was gonna release an EP but it's not like she released a song then got scared, she just didn't release anything..

100% agreed with her. 4-5 months of build up, and wait and wait and wait, and divine timing and all that mess is just not smart. I totally agree with this and always have. Chris Brown is one example, I just didnt have any interest in his album, same with some r&b girls, with a single release and then the video 3 months later. Im not here for any of that.

I mean... I dont really see it for her like that, but I agree. Some of these artists release like HALF of their album before the official release. There's really no anticipation anymore.
