im sure it feels like vacay at first but after a while they're gonna be bored outta their minds
and unfortunately those in the hood may find themselves in trouble

but it makes sense...nyc is the epicentre right now

I thought they'd continue to do the gradual "postponed 3 more weeks" a couple more times.

And schools begins in September. I think it had something to do with weather in the old days or something.
