I was actually in here thinking to myself. Like idk how much longer I can do this mess. I'm losing my mind

I'm thinking that I'm taking this mess too serious maybe. People are still meeting up the same way they did before, throwing private parties etc. but I'm just too paranoid now for any of that and I don't wanna be a virus spreader. Are you guys staying at home like me? 

I've been taking it seriously too. Barely going outside unless it's for groceries. I miss my family, my friends and even my damn coworkers. Working from home is too distracting. I'm fucking over it.

I sometimes wake up 5 min before my work starts and sleep on my lunch break.

We have a morning video conference  at 9:30 AM every morning now. (They just doing this to keep tabs, don't even be shit to talk about anyways). When I tell you I roll over and grab my laptop at 9:29, camera off, spit all on the side of my mouth and crust in my eye

Open the country and put in place safety measures such as. 

face masks in congested public areas 

practice 6ft when and were possible 

more hand sanitizer machines in malls, movie theatres, etc 

heightened sanitizing measures 

etc etc 


the reality of it is that we will never have full control over this. It's like the flu. Once they have a vaccine, if you get it you get it. Go get treated and move on. Get your corona shot every year and live life. 

people who have weakened immune systems should take caution just like they would before this. Can't blame the virus if you knew it existed and still carried on like it's nothing...just like the flu and any other virus.  

the only reason why this smacked us like this is because it's some new shit and there's no defense against it.  And because our president took the warnings lightly but that's another story
