I don't think Molly was that bad this season.
she was trying to fix things with Issa and Issa was like "sorry, busy"
But she wasn't busy when she needed that connect. 
And she wasn't busy when she went behind her back and got it
And then didn't even thank her or anything.
Just side-eyed her all night until she wanted to dance a bit.
Like "hey girl, I remember you."



I think Molly chose the wrong time to address it tho.
she should've let her have her night and then talked to her.

she definitely chose the wrong time to address it and i see what ur saying, but i think you and molly are being extra here 

Issa did NOT dismiss her as often as you're making it seem, and YES she was actually busy for once  and you and i both know it's much more draining to Address the elephant in the room (the friendship thats fizzling out by the day) than it is to simply ask your BEST fucking friend for a simple favor that in no way would effect their relationship with some new boyfriend.

That is definitely a healthy way of looking at it.. it's just something about her inability to coexist in any situation.
She has a problem in any setting.
She's been with 15+ men on the show and finds a reason to dislike them or cut them off
Remember when she was dating sterling (from "this is us")
He was a great catch but she sabotaged that..

And at work.. it's taking everyone such a long time to adapt it her
She reminds me of my sister
