You don't have to do surgery, you can actually regrow your skin with stretches!  I was thinking about doing it but people still don't like uncut so I'm not trying to narrow my options.

Yeah people have posted tutorials and results on vimeo.  Your supposed to grip your penis and push the skin till it covers the head like a real uncut penis.  I think they say it should be fully restored with a year of doing it for 10 min a day or something.  They also have tools that stretch your skin for you but that stuff looked scary.
