The Verzuz effect is real. Several producers have said that their phones have been blowing up for work since the battle. WE, the fans, are the real pawns 

It'd be dumb if they both dont do it, more so Brandy since she has a project coming out. If Monica preps a single release, it'd be even better.

This is some fan mess for us, but I'm thinking what this could do for Brandy's upcoming era lol. It's honestly perfect. I hope it happens around album release. It would literally be the best setup. There's no platform bigger than Verzuz for black artists right now tbh.
