Her proposal disruption, Cookie Lady conflict, and paying Nene dust in Greece were the major dust-ups of the season.  Nene would have almost certainly been fired because she had been cut out of several episodes until she started fighting with Kenya.  Without her and Marc, we would have watched Porsha's therapy sessions and Cynthia be thirsty all season.
