So I'm walking into my building and this white guy with his 2 big ass dogs was walking in before me. He stops at the door as I'm coming up the stairs, he turns around and goes "hi do you live here?" 

I'm like "yes, do you?"

Then he pulls out his key and scans it at the door. So I scanned mine right after and he immediately started stuttering "I, I, I just thought"

This is not their fucking neighborhood. This is a predominately black neighborhood. Nor is he security,  asking me if I live there is none of his business and is a threat to my own privacy.
