How%u2019s that going? I%u2019m in the process of purchasing another property, had a lot of back and forth before smh.

it was smooth up until the appraisal mess.
i offered full asking price but the appraisal came a bit beneath it.

and the listing agent went to war on that mess. sdfdsdfs

sdfdfssdffd she went OFF. And it delayed mess a bit.
but I REALLY love this condo so I was patient. And we all eventually came to an agreement.

but things are calmer now.

made the offer April 30...
was accepted May 1st

aiming for June 1st closing ...hopefully no more hiccups.
we JUST came to a new agreement before the holiday weekend so i'll have to see what happens this week.

My close date is the 12th but I now wonder what the market is going to look like for the next few months or so. My offer was accepted right before as shutdown started but then delayed due to it and I asked for my deposit back only to return weeks later.

I've been learning a new language and set up an online business.

Which language and what kind of business? I've been taking Italian, I need to be more consistent tho.

Arabic cos I live in Dubai so it makes sense. I spend around 30 minutes each day learning Arabic and I am pretty consistent with it.

Also my Sudanese family speak Arabic and they are always telling me to learn even though my parents should have taught me when I was young.

The business is a bit completed. It involves crypto. My friend got me into it a few months ago but now it is almost impossible to get into this business. I invested around 2000 US dollars and now I make around 800 dollars from it a month not doing anything really. I spend around 30 minutes on it each month and that is just changing the crypto into cash.

Basically I invested into this crypto coin and I get monthly dividends of 11% back for the first 6 months I reinvested the coins but now they have made it very difficult to reinvest so I just take out the dividends as cash every month.
