I've started back school for (msn) nurse practitioner this week. The tuition is ONLY 800 dollars for 3 classes. 🙏 A lot of schools are cutting tuition prices and getting rid of entrance exams

Also I started a online store. I sell -----Lysol can spray
-Lysol/Clorox wipes
-hand sanitizer
-KN 95 Mask
-Microban can spray
-Clorox/Lysol spray

It's been good so far. I've been able to clear up to $1500 a week doing it. Its been a good lil side hustle.

Initially I was selling to individuals but lately I've gotten a lot of business from business owner's that buy in bulk

i offered full asking price but the appraisal came a bit beneath it.

but I REALLY love this condo so I was patient. And we all eventually came to an agreement.

but things are calmer now.

was accepted May 1st

aiming for June 1st closing ...hopefully no more hiccups.

My close date is the 12th but I now wonder what the market is going to look like for the next few months or so. My offer was accepted right before as shutdown started but then delayed due to it and I asked for my deposit back only to return weeks later.
