There's been more "unfolded" about what happened... Idk if it's true but they are saying she wasn't attacked bc she was trans but bc she was drunk speeding around a parking lot that had children in it and was running into people cars.

Even if it's true the video shows they were excessive and deserve to be put in jail. Angry or not it doesn't take a crowd of people to fight 1 person.

If this was a regular crime with no hate behind it then my feelings def' change about it. Right now its about a bitch getting BUCK, hitting someone's mess and getting stomped out. The thugs that did the stomping are criminals.

If it was indeed a hate crime they're criminals as well and need to be charged but it adds another layer to everything. They need to be dealt with differently and educated on the fact that you cant commit a hate crime against any gender, sexuality, etc and expect someone to support you if you're the victim of  hate crime.
Its not that im anti-trans im just anti-bullshit.

Jumpings happen all the time but a mass lynching because of HATE for someones skin, race, etc is just... DIFFERENT.

And the thing is...I don't disagree with any of this.
