Thats what the transphobic girls on this board and everywhere else are still failing to come to terms with. Some view themselves as women, and some will put trans in front of it when they introduce themselves. Like anyone else, they aren't a monolith. 

It's not about being "Woke", either, Baph    Im certainly not trying to impress Bsource. I just have
trans friends and am sensitive to the topic and their feelings. They're human like everyone else

I skip over the jokes and rarely try and police that on here btw, cuz I've participated in MANY other wild and harmful jokes and have cackled at em,    so i aint tryna be the woke police. That ain't even my personality

This is the viewpoint I share. I think that.....the extreme cases are the ones focused on and it makes the rest of us look bad. The ones that swear up and down that just because they don't get a period every month think they can relate to biological women and "know what it's like"

that is not.....me. I would never disrespect a natural born woman and try and say I knew what it was like.

I don't really like to share my viewpoint much because I'd get ripped to shreds in my community  lots of the things I say and feel don't align much with the other trans girls and that's fine I guess.

I'm glad I'm not alone in thinking this..
I just wish more focused on carving a space for them rather than trying to align with natural born women.. nothing wrong with being trans .. just feels like they're running from it by trying to fit in to society with them.

I don't get why she has to make big statements about this. Yes in science we use black and white terms like woman and man and how a body is build. But gender identity is a different story.

There are a lot of LGBTQ fans of HP who felt this was a world where everyone could be who they want to be. The books helped a lot of gay and trans kids, so shut the f up JK you are ruining it. I also thought Ezra Miller was involved in her Fantastic Beasts series..he doesn't identify as woman or man..I wonder how he feels about her statement

I was explaining this whole ordeal to a white friend, and in the midst of them nodding their head ... they said something ... quite odd

So I said the issue is systematic racism, and They said ... "yea I totally get it, and the protests are just overkill and don't even have anything to do with that"

Said it plainly in the vein of, "we're having a conversation and we're both on the same page" ... I had to explain to them what unrest means and found the quote of Martin explaining what riots are

I kinda need a thread mess to really DIG into em. And can't nobody do it like you babes
