Let's all please remember that currently we are not giving times we will be at a customer for ORP. In addition, we are not calling customers in advance to arriving.
These are the guidelines we've been given and are sticking too.
Good News! We will soon be returning to normal operation of the ORP route!!

I honestly don't need a 3rd floor lecture.
Whether we do it or not. I do not have the final say so and miracles (exceptions) happen here all the time guidelines an all.
This customer just needs a call back about what the options are. I've spoken with this and other customers several times going back and forth Every time I speak candidly about the updates next week its changed
