Why do everyone get mad because everyone doesn't support this? If I ran a business, I wouldn't want my employees to have BLM stuff on either. It calls controversy and they want their employees to be safe.  If something goes down, the first thing people will try is to sue them.

Then it should be STANDARD. How can you ban BLM merch and not Pride? Both are causes. You can't ban one and encourage the other.

I hope you're right, but i truly think they were just as tone deaf as these other organizations and fellow conglomerates, and they quickly pivoted into this stance to stave off the huge lashing that was coming their way. If they waited even just another week, i'm pretty certain they could have lost millions as this talk gained more and more traction.

Then you'd have different former Starbucks employees blowing the whistle on any other mess they can think of

they had to act FAST IMO, but this is still good either way.
