I had the mess too. I was really bad for 2 days and slowly recovered. It took 2 weeks to fully recover from a chest infection I got from it but I feel excellent now.

I didn't take any antibiotics. Only flu medicine I had at home because paracetamol was doing nothing for the headaches and fever.

I am lucky I was not hospitalized but everyone reacts differently to this virus. You could have it mild or it could kill you.
