You know what's funny b/c I'm hearing here that The Neptunes songs were trash but back when it was recorded I heard they were fire... I would love for them to release it in someway for us to judge ourselves...

I'm pretty sure she just said they didn't fit the sound of the album, not that they were trash

TBH it makes sense to me. Both Tim and Neptunes sound best when they do the bulk of an album. I feel like one or two tracks by them would just stick out like a sore thumb. I'd rather her get in the studio and do the majority of an album with (either) of them.

Yea I was saying that she confirmed that she worked with them. She didn't mention how they sounded.
And I agree...if her goal was a cohesive album...it makes sense that they weren't included. I remember her saying that those sessions were towards the end when she had finished the bulk of the project
