I've never seen it but God was I over it when all the theatre majors wouldn't fuxking stop quoting it and singing songs from it when I was still in college

I've only been able to do one big known musical in my lifetime because they're so corny to me dsdsdsds i can't quite TAKE it outside of a handful. I respect the craft and admire the singing and performing ability it takes, but outside of the very impressive vocals, Hamilton definitely isn't all that.

I really enjoyed seeing it in person earlier this year though.  The San Francisco cast SHAT all over the originals you'll see on Disney +

and it addressed slavery and wanting to abolish it a lot
also Alexander Hamilton was a cheater who paid the husband of the woman he was cheating with to be silent
Im sure there%u2019s flaws in it like everything but it%u2019s definitely not glorifying slave owners or racism
