Brandy is way more relevant than Ciara.

A lot of Ciara's relevance nowadays seems to come from association (Kim K., Rihanna, Future, Riccardo, etc.)

Brandy is relevant in her own right.

brandy is a legend gorl so of course she still gone get her press but brandy
does not really keep herself relevant outside of when she's working.
Ci mingling with other celebs is nothing different from what nicki, beyonce, rih,
and everybody else do.  But i mean she still making music and snatching
