Key word is thoroughly so with that word in the question, I think NO. But then again i'm the biggest sucker for love and monogamy so I may not be the "best" person to ask.
There's also different levels/types of love. You can love someone as a person but not be IN love with them or love them romantically which in my opinion, is what ties in the sex and commitment. So if you end up having a DESIRE to sleep with other woman, then that romantic level of love you once had with your partner probably no longer exists or definitely doesn't exist on the level it once did. I believe a part of "love" in a romantic sense is committing to someone sexually. It's a piece of the pie so when that piece is no longer solid or full, then the love is no longer in a romantic space.
