Nobody signed to a major label instantly owns their masters. There's usually a 10-20 years clause or when you have a good renegotiation after a successful era.
But the fact that even the writers and producers aren't getting paid sounds to me like Azealia sold her rights. Kinda like Khia with my neck my back.
Because I remember vividly that she claimed interscope "freed" her and allowed her to take the album with her. And instead of releasing it on her OWN. She chose to sell it to Prospect Park

Sorry...but at this stage she had dodged the bullet twice and was a lil too long in the tooth for a rookie mistake like this.
