So I found out it's most likely not a server related issue. We're still trying to figure out what causes these occasional downtimes, but the server seems fine. Plus, the forum software is also up to date. But we're looking to fix it asap.

Do some investigating into Sle's account. I think it's what's slowing things down. You may have to just delete his account instead.

No, it's not a traffic issue. Besides that, we've had way more active users and guests in the past without any trouble.
