It was a kii because only about 2 or 3 other girls did more that year first week wise.

even WITH it leaking a whole month in advance.  :plzstop:

And in total.

Bey outsold all their albums in pure sales minus Gaga, Adele and Taylor.
Hear 'em swarmin', right? (Zz) 🐝 🐝  is known to bite (Zz, zz)

I'm glad she stuck to her guns and pushed forward with RTW.

THE GIRL still reference that track everywhere and DEF in movie and shows
Yeah no one even remembers where it charted  :dead:

The performances on Billboard and the OPRAH finale >>>>

ccfffjgjgjgjgggggggggggggg

what the heck man

Freemala Harris

The album stands out even more nearly a decade later

Quee was really brave to put out a retro r&b album during the oonce oonce electropop era when everyone was conforming to top 40

Although she already exorcised that spirit during the Caucasian Fierce era  :young:

JCJ

I Miss You is the best thing she's ever done

best selling female rapper of all time

I always loved 4 from the jump and still do.

So many classics.

start over will always be one of my faves from this album. Such an amazing song

The production in the very beginning

:gorlonfire: :gorlonfire:

!!!!!  :gorlonfire: :gorlonfire:

It has aged well. Listening to it rn.

The bridge is my fav part. The way the beat goes away and she is like breathing the words ..    I feel I know what's best for us.

Then that goes into the growl let's start ovaahhhhhHHHHHHH

It's so crazy she made the term "girls run the world" relevant. Who saw that coming ? :dead:

I hate this song lol

:hmph: How ? It's everything

I think it's just resonates with me.

Around this time I had a bf and I cheated and screwed up a chance of real love and everytime I hear it, it brings me back to that moment where I would have given anything for us to start over...

Opposites Attract.

4 is her best mess. It was so pure and raw. It was definitely the turning point in her career. She successfully transitioned from bubble gum popstar to the new era that music was moving to.

Gaga tried to attempt with Joanna but it was too late.

It's unconditional, these days you know....

Lucid Salvatore

I loved this album.

And this was the last time when a Beyoncé era truly felt like an ERA. With several performances and interviews and not just an album quickly followed by a tour.

Justice for these 2 songs that deserved so much better

These 2 are just
