It creates bias and usually leads to favoritism/unfair advantages and advancements.. Basically people sleeping their way up to the top, instead of genuinely earning it. For women, it's kinda like how we'd frown on white privilege.

Idk how to genuinely speak on this since I'm not a woman and don't know their experience .... but thinking from a male's perspective..  if  someone offered me a MAJOR promotion or dream opportunity and all I had to really do was sleep with them to seal the deal, I'd likely do it.
