That's not true.  You should have separate account for your regular expenses. I'm in the process of buying a house, and we still can pay our bills

Depending on the lender but most will ask you not move money during that time besides necessities. Your extra spending accts have to be accounted for as well.

I've bought a house as well and i was asked not to do so. I took money out of my parents account until everything was done.

I made a few mistakes my first time around before closing. I tried to pay my car off and it fucked the whole thing UP. If you move any money it better be easily explained and shown
