I just cannot comprehend anybody thinking Human was better than any Brandy album, other than Two Eleven maybe, but to each his own

It was a solid album, but not BRANDY
What about it doesn't feel like Brandy??

QuoteBrandy's last words on #B7 is "I'm saying never", a brilliant nod and beautiful "bid you adieu" to one of her biggest albums Never Say Never. She's no longer the 19 year-old girl y'all knew. A true arrival! A FULL evolution! Love to see it!

I just felt like it was overall stripped of that R&B core that Brandy was so committed to. Too pop for my liking. Vocals were excellent though.

Human is right up there with Full Moon and B7 as my FAVORITE Brandy albums. It EMBODIES Brandy.

:stressed:

Kalifornia.

I'm in the minority that likes High Heels.

It needs to be cleaned up a bit but I hear what they were doing and I like it.

Minus the rap.

Aalonso.

NO, she will get a Grammy. Mark my words.

The cover alone is telling me so.

Her biggest commercial success was a pop album—NSN. There were elements of RNB throughout but was definitely more pop, and a predecessor to human.

Human is a great album. It was a missed opportunity for her.

Fantasia could get on it too but I think Brandy would do a Jazmine duet before a Fanny one at this point

That's the problem, Brandy has never just been an R&B artist and y'all like to keep black artist in a box. Bran is really that weird ass girl who just happened to become famous but u can hear it in her unreleased. I would love to have seen the Human era where she was standing in it with full confidence. I love when Queen gives pop, I would even like to hear those songs with some bass drops and gogo influence as well.

Maybe Queen can redo Human and add some more flavor to give the gworls what they want. #JusticeforHuman
