"Cancel culture" isn't new; it's been happening for ages. It's just been recently given a name. And a lot of people who have been canceled probably deserved to be because of something stupid, hateful or ignorant that they said. Some have been unfairly canceled, though.

I love Kelly, but what is this all about? People actually do have the power and inevitable authority to cancel people. She's more than welcome to consult the Dixie Chicks about that, for example.
