First of all she looks beautiful

I'm almost finished the interview and this appears to be a interview just about Moesha not about music in case anyone was wondering. Still a great interview.

Brandy is soooo sensitive. I wonder what triggered her to cry watching that old interview of herself. I have some theories...

I had to pause because Brandy said something that really struck me at one point when Kevin asked her to tell him a secret about the show. Her answer made me sad. I'm curious to hear other people's take on it.

Can she just be moved to see her younger self being so beautifully brave and having manifested her dreams? :uhh: Y'all can't be serious with this "theories" shit. :dead:

Lmbo I think queen was grateful that she has had such an amazing career...she literally saw her teenage self speak something into existence. Those were not tears of sadness :dead:

I. Hate. Monica.

it's kinda sad that she doesn't remember a lot about doing the show

I took it as she was really grateful about how successful the show turned out to to be, its current relevance , and the possibility of a reboot.. At one point she viewed the show as a burden and was happy when it was over,  so I think now she is able to reflect and be more appreciative.

I also feel like she was reflecting on a period of her life where she took a lot of her success for granted so she wants to be able to experience it again with a new appreciation and mindset.. She always says how fast it went and how little of it she remembers so I think she has some regrets. There seems to be an underlying sadness but maybe I'm just projecting.

CHOKE

I'm still surprised they let it end on that cliff hanger

This interview was everything :stressed:

Brandy speaking LEGACY into Moesha at such a young age and it really becoming an iconic show/character ...wow
Manifestation is so real :stressed:

Seeing her get emotional — ackkk
& Bran said something very deep and interesting in this interview .

That in the ep' with Moesha and Brandy meeting, that playing Moesha was easier for her than
" acting" as Brandy . That's so crazy to think .

But I'm watching the show back ; & Moesha was so head strong, self assured, and outspoken.
I love that she said Moesha is a character the generation now can folllow.

This really is an iconic moment for Brandy.
Her first indie album is out; and her iconic show is being reintroduced to a new generation .

A LEGEND.

I'm telling y'all know, brandy is the only black teen idol. who's picture will be sitting right beside Elizabeth Taylor and Judy garland as one the best to do in some museum 50 years from now. Brandy's 40s in this business is about to Trump her teen years watch!!!!
