I don't really care about technicalities when it comes to singing, I'm more of a feeling type of person. I mean my favorite singer is Mary J. and we all know she got some rough ass vocals. But I connect to most music that I feel and relate to, which is why I cling to who I do.  However, I do appreciate other artists' artistry

I do notice that people most people that LOVE someone like Mary, would prefer someone like Monica.
And someone that loves Brandy, who probably prefer someone like Toni

Monica can sing. Her problem is she tries to do the most. She's similar to Xtina in that regard.

If they chill and just sing they sound good. Once they start trying to SANG more times than not it goes to complete hell.
