Producer SoulShock revealed in an interview that Brandy actually recorded the song "Hurts The Most" first before Monica did and they took it back from Brandy and gave it to Monica.

Lyrically its a perfect song for Monica, but I would still LOVE to hear Brandy's version.

They have it still.



It would be awesome for Brandy to play that song during the verzuz
