this was blasted on social media as shooting an innocent woman in her sleep
but the jury said they had evidence that they knocked then kicked the door in and
walked in to some gun fire and returned
they coulda shot once and ducked of course but at that point if she was innocent she woulda been hiding under the bed as her man does the shootin
we can make a case that parties were innocent if they are a sleep
or havent done anything wrong or unjustly treated
the fact that she wasnt one of the ones cooperating during the initial approach made her an accomplice armed or not
so now your saying after shots were fired shots returned is excessive force?
